DAILY ROUTINES FOR A VIBRANT HEALTH AND LONGEVITY:
My Daily “5 Tibetans” Routine
This is what I do most days. It keeps me in great shape!
I augmented the traditional routine with my own additions, making this routine is a complete system for health and longevity.
You already need to be fit to try this as demonstrated here. I will post an adapted version, with adjustments, to make it suitable to all. Stay tuned!
This routine can be strenuous, and is only for people with prior experience of practices such as Yoga or stretching. Skim through the video before trying, and once you feel this is for you, follow me! You can start with 5 repetitions, and add 1 or 2 a time, up to 21 repetition of each of these 5 Tibetans “rites”.
T-Cups
T-Cups are a great way to loosen your shoulder and your spine, and feel a spiraling quality flowing over your whole body.
I simply love the feeling you get from doing T-Cups. Like everything feels smooth, circular, and good.
In this video, you’ll find progressing steps to help you develop it and get into the swing of it
It can take a bit of practice to get into the flow of T-Cups, but once you have it… wow!
