Weekly Classes

- Wednesdays at 12pm, Zoom only.

Sessions and Fees:
- Sept. + Oct., 7 weeks aka 14 classes, $105. Weeks of Sept. 11, 18, 25, Oct. 2, 16, 23, 30. Note: no class week of Labour Day, no class week of Victoria Day
- Nov. + Dec., 7 weeks aka 14 classes, $105. Weeks of Nov. 6, 13, 20, 27, Dec. 4, 11, 18
- You can also join on a week by week basis for $17 (2 classes)
QiGong for Menopause
- Tuesdays 5-6:30pm, in person in Kitchener, Lyle S. Hallman Faculty of Social Work
A special program for women who want to improve their experience of menopause, learn natural strategies and QiGong practices, and support each other in their “Second Spring” journey.
