Tai-Chi class at Victoria Park
Qi is pronounced “tchee”. Qi is our life force and breath according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, and ancient Chinese mind-body practices. When it is abundant and free flowing, we are healthy and vibrant. When it is depleted and/or stuck, we experience dis-ease, feeling unwell, or even illness.
Qi Intelligence is a program developed by Patricia Beretta, PhD, RAc, combining the best from modern bio-medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tai-Chi and QiGong, for health maintenance and wellbeing, with practices suited to various needs, from the athlete, to people suffering severe ailments.
The Qi Intelligence Tai-Chi: includes Tai-Chi walking (warning: not what you see on social media:-), traditional Yang-style Tai-Chi moves selected to help you enjoy this beautiful ancient internal martial art (i.e. the art of moving effectively without tension, grounded like a mountain, and fluid like water).
